What We Love Most About Disney Cruise Line

Welcome back to our “What We Love Most” series. with only two other parks to go, we wanted to take a detour and climb aboard the Disney Cruise Line. Let’s explore all the things that really stand out for us on these ships.

I’m your host, J. Jeff Kober. I am joined by David & Leah Zanolla and by my wife Kathy. You can find our podcast here on PodbeaniTunesSpotifyMyTuner, and ListenNotes. Key points are found below along with images, but most of our thoughts and impressions are best laid out on the podcast. So please visit both.

We have a brief overview of the four ships on our site, so check that out if you’re unfamiliar with the Disney Cruise Line.

Here are some points we discussed during the podcast:

What is one of the things you enjoy doing most during embarkation?

The arrival experience is so unique at Port Canaveral, especially when you compare to check in locations for other cruise lines.

We all agreed that while Cabanas isn’t the best culinary experience, it is a key sensory moment for feeling like you have truly arrived.

We tell people who are big fans of Disney parks not to miss trying out The Disney Cruise Line. Believe us, while it’s a more expensive experience, it is worth every penny.

We would go more often if we could, and I don’t know anyone who has experienced these ships who feel different. It should definitely be on everyone’s bucket list.
