Jessie’s Critter Carousel Opens
An adorable new carousel has finally opened at Pixar Pier at Disney California Adventure. This giant toy carousel stars Jessie, the yodeling cowgirl, and a friendly bunch of desert critters inspired by the “Toy Story” films. Hop on and yell “giddyup!” from the saddle of a whimsical snake, armadillo, turtle, bunny or other critters from the world of Woody’s Roundup. Check out the video below!
The carousel is another final piece in the effort to completely re-do Paradise Pier into Pixar Pier. It complements a small zone within Pixar Pier that ties into Toy Story Mania. Last year’s renovation of this land was warmly received, but there were still a few attractions missing. Still to open is a new attraction based on Inside Out, entitled Emotional Whirlwind.
