Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique is Moving!
I learned yesterday that Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique is moving from the World of Disney at Disney Springs, Walt Disney World.
The popular attraction is not moving far. It’s heading to Once Upon a Toy, or to where that location exists. There are five sections to Once Upon a Toy. The last two sections have been blocked out and will re-open as Bibbidi Bobbed Boutique. It will have its own separate entrance.
There have been a number of modifications being made to World of Disney. Recently a new section was added on the northeast side of the store. More are coming on the other side of the store where Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique has been. It’s uncertain what will be done with that space.
The Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique continues to be successful in Cinderella Castle at the Magic Kingdom. Smaller studios have been set up on the Disney Cruise Line in recent years. Boutiques are also found in the international parks. Their success is a testament that people want to feel special–one of five essential needs people have. Just like pampering one’s self at a spa, parents and grandparents are willing to shell out significant dollars to have their little princess get their own makeover.
