We will again consider the upcoming Star Wars Galaxy’s Edge in this more abbreviated Business Magic Moment format. In this podcast we look at how product supports the experience of delivering Star Wars Galaxy’s Edge. You can find the podcast here on Podbean and here at iTunes.

In Episodes 19-22, we spoke about the 6 Ps and  how the Promise is delivered through the People (Cast Members), Place (Park), and Process (Rules/Policies/Procedures). The Product we speak of in this podcast represents those goods and services that people have specifically come to experience. It can include the rides, attractions, entertainment, food, beverage and retail.

The Six Ps

There are several Products we cover in this podcast:

Anticipation will be at its highest when guests approach the Millennium Falcon, excited to be in the pilot’s seat for the first time.
