Avengers Campus at Disney California Adventure: Marvel’s Extraordinary Experience

In a space nestled between competing Disney California Adventure attractions, Disney Imagineering has created an entirely new space devoted to the Marvel super heroes. Avengers Campus is truly a unique themed land, with impressive rides, attractions and other offerings. We will look closely at this campus setting, explore its two major attractions, Guardians of the Galaxy: Mission Breakout! and Web Slingers: A Spiderman Adventure. As the Avengers assemble on campus we’ll look at a host of entertainment offerings featuring Spiderman, Dr. Strange, Dora Milage and Guardians of the Galaxy. We’ll also look at food & beverage options as well as retail and much more. Join us on Disney at Play as we experience Avengers Campus.

Photos and video are shown below but our podcast carries narrative of the entire experience. You can find the podcast here on PodbeaniTunesSpotify,  and ListenNotes

The Campus Setting

The following music video showcases the Avengers Campus:

Guardians of the Galaxy

While they ask not to film the ride, the following shows the outdoor and indoor queue, the pre-show, the boarding area and the exit. Lots of details!

Web Slingers: A Spiderman Adventure

From entrance to exit we look at this new Spiderman Adventure.

Avengers Assemble!

It’s the Marvel super heroes that make this campus come alive. In our time, we had the chance to see:

  • Captain America
  • Iron Man
  • Black Widow
  • Captain Marvel
  • Black Panther
  • Dora Milaje
  • Thor
  • Loki
  • Falcon
  • Spiderman
  • Star Lord
  • Gamora
  • Dr. Strange
  • Antman
  • Wasp

But there’s much more than just seeing the characters, some have impressive, and entertaining shows. The first is a call to action from “Black Panther” Dora Milaje:

In complete contrast is this dance off with our heroes from Guardians of the Galaxy:
